Ctrl Art Del
Visited the Ctrl Art Del exhibition today (which is part of the Free Range graduate summer shows held at Brick Lane’s Old Truman Brewery) which consisted of a batch of fine arts university degree students graduates. Whatever i saw last weekend, has all been changed (with the exception of Ronzo’s one since it’s not part of the graduate show).
The Free range shows is labeled “The World’s Largest Art happening” showcasing the latest and freshest (graduating students) in art, design, photography and interiors. Each college creates their own exhibition, and it rotates over an 8 week period in a few locations all situated around Brick lane. There is no better location since Brick lane is known to be the hub of London’s creative community. Best of all, the event is free and open to all!

Something i noticed throughout the exhibition, there seems to be a lot of ‘lonely chair’ themes going on.

This is by far, & definitely, not a full representation of all the works showcased so if you’re really interested, go check out all the other exhibitions. (Click here for PDF download of the Exhibition listings)

[...] write ups - I love the textiles from Loughborough Uni too. There’s some good images on Vortex’s post from where I also had to share the blog post title as it tickled the geek in me. [...]
